Oct. 1st Meeting Notes

Hello! Here is a breakdown of what occurred at our last meeting:
- Please get me your dues ASAP! $5/semester or $10/ year. Remember we get matched 3 to 1 for these!
- We are looking for new t-shirt designs and are also considering other merchandising options. If you would like to contribute a design or idea please contact us.
- We are beginning to plan for our Potlatch. We are considering these dates: December 3rd, 4th, 10th or 11th.If you would like to help in any way please contact us. Keep your eye our for interesting objects for the silent auction and the live auction! Keep in mind the club is open to donations for sale from individuals or businesses (it can't hurt to ask!).
- A bylaw was voted on and passed into rule by unanimous decision. Those persons requesting funding from the club must meet these requirements: be an active member of the club (attending meetings, events and activities whenever possible), have dues paid at time of request, presenting at a conference (or similar event) OR will present the learned information to the club or department, will turn in funding request sheet prior to leaving for event, and will turn in all necessary receipts related to funding. Funding will be used by the student as needed. Case by case funding requests will be reviewed. The student can request a particular amount up to $300 (this amount may change based on the current budget status for the club).
If you have any questions, comments or would like to contribute in any way, please contact us at: isu.studanth@gmail.com or kramjuli@isu.edu.
