Please join us for the first of a series of Anthropology Movie Nights on Thursday, February 3 at 5:30 in Graveley 150. It's free and all are welcome.
Every Friday this spring Dr. Lohse will be hosting the Anthropology Colloquium in Rendezvous room 111 from 12:00-1:00. The colloquium features talks from faculty as well as the community on various topics. This is a great way to learn about the research conducted at ISU and in the surrounding areas.
The Biology department will also be holding seminars on Thursdays at 4:00 in the Lecture Center room 10. Some topics that may be of interest include:
February 3 "Biotic and Abiotic Controls on Belowground Ecosystem Processes in a Changing World"
February 10 "Sky Islands in the Fog: Physiological Ecology of Fraser Fir (Abies fraseri) in Southern Appalachian Cloud Forests"
February 24 "Sockeye Salmon"
Thanks and see you there.
